Our role is to help them build the capacity they need to lead well — clear strategy, solid operations, healthy governance, and realistic fundraising plans.

Through our Idea to Impact Accelerator, one-on-one coaching, and hands-on problem solving, we help leaders move from uncertainty to clarity, from urgency to sustainability. When real-world challenges arise — a board issue, a funding gap, a program design problem — we step in with practical guidance that meets leaders where they are.

A $60,000 investment fully funds one Idea to Impact Accelerator cohort, providing 15 emerging nonprofit leaders with executive-level training and hands-on support to build strong, sustainable organizations. Participants receive guidance in defining community need, mission and vision, theory of change, program design and evaluation, budgeting, bookkeeping, fundraising, and board leadership. The cohort includes nine in-person sessions and 10 hours of one-on-one coaching per organization, allowing Coach House to address real-world challenges as they arise. Each organization completes the program with a clear, actionable Strategy Roadmap to guide its next phase of growth and impact.
